"Marbella, A Way of Life!" - This cozy holiday home in the south of Spain makes expectations true. With a nice balcony / terrace and access to the communal swimming pool you can enjoy a relaxing sun holiday with the family here. The beach by the sea is within walking distance and you can enjoy a lazy day in the sun. There are plenty of nice terraces to be found and you can buy daily supplies at the nearby supermarket. If you don't feel like cooking yourself, you can of course also sit down at one of the many restaurants in and around the center of Marbella. One of the 3 bedrooms has a bathroom en-suite. The remaining 2 bedrooms share a bathroom with bathtub. Parking is available for a car taken or rented and you can display your cooking skills in the well-equipped kitchen

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
