Very beautiful, comfortable villa "Par4 Villa 24". Excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. Private: swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). In the house: internet access, WiFi, air conditioning, washing machine, tumble dryer. Public parking on the road. Please note: baby equipment on request. Object suitable for 6 adults. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
