Charming finca with unique views and only a few minutes by car from the beach.
This cosy finca creates a unique symbiosis between old and new. One part of the finca is over 300 years old and creates a perfect unity with the new part. Renovated and restored with great attention to detail, this holiday property offers real rest and relaxation.
Through the mixture of genuine antiques and modern elements, the furnishings create a cosy atmosphere, so that you can spend a wonderful time in the finca even in bad weather.
The finca is prepared for 6 people. The house has a living area of 145 m² on a plot of 22000 m². The house is situated on a landscaped area of 4000 sqm. The rest of the plot is used as a paddock for horses for some months of the year.
The finca has 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 bathrooms with shower. 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bathroom are on the upper floor, the other two bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom are on the ground floor.
The living area is furnished with two comfortable sofas and a large coffee table, where you can spend a wonderful game evening. Furthermore, the house has a satellite TV, DVD and music system. International TV programmes are available.
In winter, you can make yourself comfortable in front of the open fireplace. Heating is also available (1,15€/litre).
The kitchen offers all comforts to prepare delicious meals. Here, too, attention has been paid to loving details.
A very well-kept garden with a private pool ( 4m x 8m ) which provides cooling and enough seating and sun loungers invite you to spend unforgettable hours in the countryside.
There are two beautiful covered terraces where you can take your meals or enjoy relaxing moments and/or evenings in the lounge area.
An outdoor kitchen with a Bull brand barbecue is also available for communal barbecuing fun.
In addition, there is a pool table in the house and for the outdoor area various games and a table tennis table for varied hours.
There is ample parking space and the well-known white sandy beach of "Playa de Muro" is only a few minutes' drive away.
