You'll find a barbecue and a ping pong table. There's an exterior shower, perfect for taking a quick shower before and after swimming. The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors. In the interior decoration, we can see the great dedication and love of the owners towards this house. It is tastefully equipped so that you can feel at home. The house has AC in all its rooms. On the ground floor, you can relax on the living room sofa, watch a movie on the Smart-TV, or eat together. The kitchen has a cheerful style and is very bright thanks to the large windows. Here you can cook your favorite dishes as the kitchen is equipped with appliances such as a blender, oven, induction cooktop, and kitchen utensils.
