Apartment no. 102 in block no. 1, has been completely refurbished to a very high standard. It has two large bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower. Separate kitchen with washer and dryer.
The apartment is on the second floor with an elevator. In the living room next to the dining room there is a flat screen TV.

As in all other Canovas Holiday Rentals apartments there is free WiFi, an iron and ironing board and all the kitchen utensils you could want. It has air conditioning in the living room. From the living room there is a small terrace from where you can see some of the shopping areas of Calle Huertos and Calle Frigiliana. The sun is on the terrace from noon until late in the afternoon.

The pool is open during the months of April to October, it also has a pool for children. You can sunbathe all year round on the lawn around the pool.
The location is ideal: On the North-South axis, the apartment is in the middle of the Calle Huertos shopping street and on the East-West axis it is located next to the Parador.
The Balcón de Europa is just a few steps away from 500-600 m.

There is a bakery, a supermarket, a shoe store and at least a dozen restaurants on Calle Huertos or in the surrounding streets such as Calle Frigiliana and Calle San Pedro. The beaches of Carabeillo and Carabeo are only 150 m away. away and the famous and crowded Burriana beach no more than 250 m-300 m.

The Coronado building is easy to find.

– If you are coming by car from the main road, take Calle Rodríguez Acosta until you reach the fountain where you turn right onto Calle Huertos. The entrance to the apartments is on the right hand side just before the intersection with Calle Frigiliana (right next to a restaurant).

– If you are coming by bus the easiest way is to walk from the bus stop, following the main road Avenida de Pescia until you reach the gas station. Cross the road, in the direction of the newsstand, and turn right onto Calle Ruperto Anduez. At the end of that street that faces the rear of the Coronado Building. Turn right and then left onto Calle Frigiliana. When you reach the intersection with Calle Huertos turn left, and the entrance to the Coronado apartments is only 8 meters along, on the left hand side.
