This cozy 2nd-floor apartment with elevator access is fully equipped with ducted air conditioning. The living-dining room is perfect for unwinding, whether you're watching TV, chatting, or enjoying a meal together. The independent kitchen includes a ceramic cooktop and all the essential utensils, plus a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub and a bedroom with two single beds and a wardrobe. Extra guests can sleep on the sofa bed, and a cot and high chair are available for babies. The location is fantastic, with a quiet, family-friendly beach just 1 km away. Explore the charming village of Oliva, visit its medieval old town and Moorish neighborhood, and enjoy the street market on Thursdays. The nearby Parque Natural Marjal and Font Salada offer a natural water source for a refreshing dip. The pool is open from 9 am to 2 pm and 5 pm to midnight. Please note that we cannot accept guests under 30 years old unless they are part of a family. We require passport copies for all guests. Pets are welcome, and events are not allowed.
