Palm Mar is a quiet, elegant and exclusive residential area in a privileged area between two nature reserves and the sea. Palm Mar is not marketed for tourism, so outside of mass tourism in an extremely quiet location and has no hotel or disco and no traffic. An ideal place for vacationers who are looking for peace and relaxation, want to be close to the sea and the beautiful beach promenade to see the great sunsets behind Isla Gomera from there. Palm Mar is only 10 minutes drive from the tourist areas of Los Cristianos, Las Americas and Costa Adeje. Tenerife Sur Reina Sofia Airport is 10 km away. In only 50-100m from the apartment there is a supermarket, bars, restaurants, medical center, bank etc. The original beach with the long sea promenade is only 500m from the apartment. The apartment is approx. 70 square meters, the terrace with its 14 square meters is the highlight of the entire apartment. It has just been completely renovated by us using only high-quality materials and has modern furnishings, and the bathroom and kitchen are also completely new. Already when you wake up you have a great view of the sea right from the bed, when you sit on the sofa in the living room, you see the sea, it accompanies you throughout the apartment, wherever you are, you see the sea.From the modern and very comfortable sofa bed in the salon, you can watch your favorite programs on the new 65" smart TV, in the bedroom there is another 55" TV where you can watch sports etc. independently of the salon. The spacious terrace offers a comfortable dining area and a relaxation area where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The terrace can be used completely open but also protected from the wind and sun behind a 6m long seamless glazing. The glazing can be opened comfortably and easily and disappears to the side, so that the terrace can be used in any weather. The terrace is modern and comfortably furnished, the two easy chairs invite you to look at the sea with a cocktail in your hand at sunset. At the large community pool we have bought two private sun loungers with parasols especially for our guests, these are labeled with the apartment number M15. The padel tennis court can be used at any time and free of charge. An underground parking space is available to our guests free of charge, there is a lift and it is wheelchair accessible. Right on the Avenida there is a bakery for your fresh rolls in the morning and there are also other supermarkets for everyday needs and nice cafes, bars and restaurants of different nationalities within a short walking distance. Walk 5 minutes to the beach promenade, where the rustic beach bar "Chiringuito Palm Mar" and the elegant beach club "Bahia Beach" await you. An exclusive beach club has just opened there and a very rustic chiringuito has also recently found its location there. From the bar, with a cocktail or cold beer in hand, you can watch the sea, Los Cristianos, the ferries coming and going and the sunset behind La Gomera. The beautiful Malpais nature reserves of La Rasca (popular for walking and trekking) are within a 10 minute walk via the seafront promenade. Here you walk through a colorful volcanic landscape along the sea, which ends with the climb to the lighthouse after about 3 km. is rewarded. This tour is also perfect with the bicycles that we make available to our guests free of charge. The nearest golf course is Los Palos, only 2 km away, Golf del Sur is beautifully situated in about 10 minutes by car or the luxury golf course Costa Adeje is 20 minutes away. From the south airport it is about 20 minutes by car to Palm Mar. You can either park your rental car on the street in front of the building or in your own underground car park.
