Guesthouse Palma, ADULTS ONLY (with tourist license number ETV/6363), is a fantastic holiday apartment for 4 people with a pool just 5km from the centre of Palma. Undoubtedly one of the best places for your holidays, whether for pure relaxation, remote work, visiting the city or a business trip.
It is a fully equipped dwelling with two double bedrooms (double beds with the option to separate them) and decorated with great taste and Mediterranean style. It has views of a private courtyard with fruit trees. You can enjoy all the amenities such as air conditioning, smart TV with satellite channels and free Wi-Fi. It also has two simple but well-equipped kitchenettes (with 2 Nespresso coffee machines, etc.). Two bathrooms with showers and a hair dryer in each.
There is an outdoor parking space within the property. Although private transport is not required as the place is well connected by bus and taxi, it is a quiet neighbourhood with several golf courses nearby (Son Vida, Son Quint and Son Muntaner -> A set of 3 golf courses known as the Arabella Golf Resort).
The outdoor area has a beautiful garden with a saltwater pool (shared with the delightful owner who hardly uses the outdoor area when the apartment is rented; pool opening hours from 07:00 to 22:00) that invites you to relax after a long walk around the city or a busy working day.
The apartment is located in a neighbouring district of Palma called Son Roqueta, where you will find supermarkets, restaurants and bars around. This accommodation is ideal for golf, trekking or cycling enthusiasts.
It is only 15 minutes from the airport. The city bus (stops 200m away) takes you to the city centre every 8 minutes (15-minute journey). So you don't necessarily need a car. The neighbourhood is mainly frequented by local people.
Check-in will be done remotely and you will be asked to submit a form in advance with all the documentation required by the authorities.
