It is a very quiet area so you can enjoy your stay in a fantastic place with complete tranquility. Pool towels are not included. This beautiful estate is located in Establiments, just 5 km from the city of Palma de Mallorca, simply taking a bus (stop 50 meters from the house) you can reach the city in about 10-15 minutes. In fact, it belongs to the municipality of Palma, but it is a very quiet area next to the Sierra de Tramuntana. In Establiments you will find shops, bars and restaurants very close by. Book now and discover your perfect refuge in Mallorca! ** The rules in this property are very strict: parties are prohibited and care must be taken with noise, as it is a residential area, if these rules are violated, the entire deposit will be penalized. Tourist tax (€2/adult/day) and Cleaning Fee (€150) to be paid upon arrival. This property is recommended for families or groups who want tranquility, for groups under 30 years of age an additional security deposit of €500 will be required in addition to the normal €500. Rules: -Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, if the rule is not followed, a penalty will be imposed. -Please keep the order and cleanliness inside the villa. -Guests will be obliged to take care of the waste generated during their stay, depositing it in the established containers or collection points before the end of their stay. -The air conditioning and heating must be used responsibly, turning them off when not inside the villa ANY EXCESSIVE NOISE, LOUD MUSIC AND PARTIES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED! In the event of complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or annoying behaviour by any person in your group, the owner has the right to evict the customer and all guests from the apartment regardless of whether it is day or night and without refunding the amount already paid for the reservation, and also keeping the deposit.
