This fabulous residential house offers a great private chlorine pool that sizes 7.5 x 4 metres and with a water depth ranging from 0.9 to 2 metres, so you can spend a nice time swimming despite being in town. You also have an exterior shower to wash off and then you can bask in the sun on the 3 sunloungers available. You can also enjoy a succulent meal alfresco at the terrace or the porch. From the street level, you will access the main floor of the house. Here, you'll find an airy living room with AC where you can watch the TV-sat or listen to some music. It's open to the dining area with the kitchen next. This is equipped with a ceramic hob and all you need to cook, a table with chairs and access to the outside.
