This cozy townhouse is located on the outskirts of the island's capital, Palma. The village of Sa Vileta - Son Rapinya is particularly popular; in addition to its quiet location, it offers very good connections to the city of Palma as well as to the most beautiful beaches on the sunny island. The charming village consists of a series of narrow alleys between old streets, ideal for strolling, relaxing, and eating. Supermarkets and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity of the house.

Casa Vileta is located in a quiet lane near the center of Sa Vileta - Son Rapinya. The townhouse has a wonderfully manicured outdoor area with a spacious terrace, plenty of seating, and a fountain worth seeing.

The beautiful ground-floor house has a plot area of 148 m2 and a living area of 65 m2. It offers great facilities and everything you need to enjoy your stay to the fullest.

The charming house is distributed over a bright and open living room with a view and access to the terrace, a piano, and a large couch. In the same room are the dining room and bright kitchen, which are equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, and all the kitchen utensils you need for your vacation. There are a total of two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The large bedroom is equipped with a double bed and has direct access to the bathroom with a shower. The small bathroom has a single bed with a pull-out function, so the bed can also be converted into a double bed. The second bathroom is located outside.

In total, the charming Majorcan townhouse offers space for up to 4 people to feel at home. Sunbathe and spend long and beautiful evenings on the terrace in Casa Vileta. The house is ideal for couples or small families who are in Mallorca for their vacations and want to enjoy nature, hiking, and proximity to the beach.

What is in the villa?
Bed linen and towels are provided for guests. In the kitchen, there is a small set of basic spices and oil. Detergent, dishwasher tabs, and 1-2 garbage bags are also stored. If an article is no longer available, this article needs to be bought by yourself. In the toilets, there is hand soap and 1-2 toilet paper rolls for arrival. If you need anything else for the basic equipment, please do not hesitate to contact us.

IMPORTANT!
According to government regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. For some booking channels it is not charged. In this case, you will receive separate information about this payment. Also, be informed that the agency charges a refundable deposit. It is possible to reduce the deposit to 100€ per stay if the guest takes out insurance to cover any damage to the holiday home. All the details will be provided in the booking confirmation email.
