The private chlorine pool measures 9 x 5 meters, with a depth ranging from 1 to 2.2 meters. Around the pool, you can sunbathe on four loungers, enjoy a barbecue, or dine under the porch. The large garden is perfect for the kids to play or for a peaceful walk amidst the fresh scent of nature. For fitness enthusiasts, there are gym machines on-site. The property is fully fenced with direct neighbors. The living-dining room, with a fan, offers a cozy space to relax and watch satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with a gas hob, utensils, washing machine, and iron. There are three air-conditioned bedrooms—two doubles and one with twin beds. One has an en-suite shower, and a second bathroom with a bathtub is available. An outdoor toilet is also provided. A cot and high chair can be arranged for babies, and the house is equipped with central heating for winter stays. Located in the urbanization of Palmanyola, the house offers access to hiking, cycling, and mountain excursions in the Sierra de Tramuntana, as well as culture and leisure in Palma, just a short drive away. Beautiful beaches like Playa de Palma and coves in Tramuntana are also nearby. The upper floor of the house is independently accessed by the owner. Pets are welcome, but events are not allowed.
