The apartment features a furnished balcony to enjoy the pleasant climate of the Mediterranean and enjoy some great evenings with family and friends. The house also has a parking space, which will make you forget about the problems of parking in the high season. You will feel the beach environment in every corner. Sit back and relax in the bright living room, where there is a comfortable couch to enjoy reading a good book, watching TV, or just to relax. The dining area, which is in the same space, has a table to enjoy meals with family and friends. The kitchen has everything needed for you to cook your best dishes, including a gas stove. At the same time, this property also features a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The apartment has 3 bedrooms (all of them have fans), each with two single beds. Furthermore, the house has two full bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. The area of Gandia Beach pretty much has all the amenities you will count on. It is only 100m from the fine white sand beach which stretches for over 3km. At the end of it, if you like water sports, you will able to find a sailing and windsurfing school. Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Please note that the keys to access the property will be in a mailbox at a nearby petrol station. You will receive the coordinates of the petrol station and the details of the mailbox three days prior to your arrival. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.
