The flat’s cosy furnished terrace offers clear views of the village and is perfect for enjoying the summer weather. This 46 m2 flat is located on the eighth floor of a building with a lift. The bright living room has a sofa and TV, and the adjacent dining area seats four. The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob and basic utensils. The bedroom features two single beds and a wardrobe, while the sofa bed in the living room accommodates a third guest. The flat also includes a bathroom with a bathtub, plus a cot and highchair for babies, as well as a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Situated near Gandia’s Grau de Gandia fishing port, the flat is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean climate year-round, with easy access to the long sandy beach, the Blue Flag promenade, and fresh seafood from the port’s fishmongers.
