With sea views, the terrace of this apartment is ideal for enjoying breakfast before heading to the beach, just a few steps away. After a day on the sand, you can cool off in the outdoor shower and relax in the communal pool, which has a children's pool. The main pool is chlorinated, measures 20 x 6 m and has a depth of between 1.2 and 1.7 m. The apartment, on the eighth floor with a lift, offers a warm atmosphere thanks to its wooden floors and modern furniture. The living-dining room is perfect for group meals or watching television. The independent kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, and utensils, as well as having a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bathrooms with showers and three bedrooms, all with wardrobes. One has a double bed, another two single beds and the last one a single bed with a trundle bunk bed, for up to 4 people. There is also a cot and a highchair available. The apartment has ducted air conditioning and two radiators. Gandía Beach is ideal for sun and water lovers, as well as those who practice water or sand sports. The promenade is full of bars and restaurants. The picturesque old town of Gandía is perfect for cultural or nightlife visits. The swimming pool is open all year round. People under 28 years old are not accepted, except for family stays. Copies of ID are required to accept the reservation. Pets are not allowed and events are not allowed. There is outdoor parking for 1 car.
