If you love the beautiful landscapes, the exterior area of this house will delight you. The porch invites to enjoy a delicious breakfast admiring the mountains and the town of Son Servera. Then, you can relax right here while reading on the 2 sun loungers of the superior terrace or basking in the sun on the other 6 loungers by the pool. This is a chlorine pool sizing 8 x 4 metres and with a water depth that ranges from 0.9 to 1.7 metres. Finally, you will find a fantastic barbecue to cook delicious grilled recipes. When you enter, a beautiful living-dining room meets you. Here, you can enjoy your meals all together and rest later in the sofa whilst watching the TV-sat. Next, you access the kitchen which is equipped with a gas cooktop and all you need to cook as well as a table with chairs. There are 4 bedrooms with a closet in the house. On the main floor there are 2 of them, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Upstairs, we have the other two bedrooms, both with twin beds. A baby cot and a high-chair are available. There are two bathrooms in the house, one on each floor and both with a shower. The accommodation is equipped with central oil heating and 5 fans for the summer. Finally, there is a laundry room outside with a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, but also with a toilet bowl and a shower tray. Tourist license: ETV/7743
