Villa Ternelles is very conveniently located on the outskirts of Pollensa, within an easy 25-30 minutes walk to its main plaza where you will find many Tapas bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. It is hard to believe you are only a few minutes drive from cosmopolitan Puerto Pollenca with its miles long sandy beaches.

Furnished to a good standard, all the rooms are spacious. On entering is the living/dining room with Satellite TV with basic channels, DVD player, feature fireplace and comfortable sofa seating area. The kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, and electric oven and gas hob; there is also a door with access to the side of the house where the built in BBQ is housed. The sleeping area comprises of three attractive bedrooms, one double and two twins, all sharing two bathrooms (one full and one shower). All bedrooms benefit of Air Conditioning units.

The pretty and well maintained gardens have spacious furnished sun terraces surrounding the 8m mosaic tiled swimming pool with Roman steps and surrounded by lawns and citric fruit trees. There is also a covered BBQ area, where you can enjoy al-fresco meals.

Finally, it has to be pointed out that the property offers free Internet connection via Wi-Fi. THE BALEARIC TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE.
