Villa Llobiner is in a great location! The authentic tapas restaurants and quaint shops in Pollensa Old Town are only a short walk away, while Pollensa’s main square is just 900 mts. away. Plus, the villa also has a magnificent private pool and spacious lawned garden, as well as superb views over the surrounding area to the imposing mountains from the living area and bedrooms. This charming 3 bedroomed villa also includes air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and Wi-Fi.
The garden and pool terrace are no doubt one of the highlights of Villa Llobiner. You will have plenty of space to sunbathe or swim and take in the glorious scenery. In front of the swimming pool is a large pergola providing shade for the BBQ and exterior dining area, which overlook the grounds to the mountains. The large lawn area is also great for a picnic, or for children to play.
Large gates open onto a private driveway for your hire car, adjacent to the exterior dining area. Villa Llobiner is semi-detached, back to back with the neighbouring house. The swimming pool and garden are to the front, facing the mountains, still having a good degree of privacy.
The combined lounge and dining area has ample seating and a table and chairs for 6 people. Patio doors on 2 sides open onto the BBQ terrace and garden. On the opposite side of the entrance hall is the spacious and fully equipped kitchen. There is a smaller breakfast table and chairs and a unique feature wooden ceiling, with patio doors onto the parking area which leads to the gardens.
An impressive staircase from the hall takes you up to the gallery landing and 3 bedrooms. The 2 twin bedrooms share a separate bathroom and the double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. All 3 bedrooms have that same magnificent view over the villa grounds to the surrounding hillside. All bedrooms have air conditioning/heating. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 17:30 to 19:30 and from 22:00 to 09:00. THE LOCAL TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
