Villa Can Pou is a charming villa located just 5 minutes by car from Puerto Pollensa and in a rural setting surrounded by palm trees, trees and plants.

This spacious one-story, three-bedroom villa, with its stone-clad walls, wonderful mountain views and an impressive swimming pool make Villa Can Pou a unique and ideal place to share with family or friends.

Its imposing garden with its private pool is one of the highlights of Villa Can Pou. You can enjoy a barbecue, have a glass of wine with an incomparable view, have fun with a game of ping pong, share culinary delights at your long wooden table or just appreciate the tranquility and beauty that surrounds you.

The entrance to the Villa Can Pou welcomes us in an imposing way. A long and spacious hall with high ceilings with arches with stone walls and long wooden beams invite us to enter this beautiful and unique villa.

On the left we find a bedroom with two beds, in light colors, with windows that let in beautiful natural light and allow you to enjoy the view of the garden. Across the hall at the same height is a double bedroom also with beautiful views, with a stone-clad wall and high wooden beams.

All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h.

Continuing down the hall on both sides we find a bathroom, one with its bathtub and the other with a shower. Each bathroom is designed with tiles and wooden furniture that give it charm and harmony. Continuing down the same corridor we find a spacious and comfortable kitchen. It has large and spacious closets and is fully equipped. On the other side is the third bedroom with its two beds also in light colors.

The dining room with its wooden table is an ideal place to share a delicious dinner or lunch. Hence its glass doors when opened let you enjoy the sun and its beautiful garden.

A comfortable living room with blue armchairs, a fireplace that is decorated with details of paintings and ornaments invite you to enjoy and share board games, read a book or share a movie on your TV. There is Wifi throughout the house included.

Villa Can Pou is located between the old town of Pollensa and Puerto Pollensa, in just 5 minutes by car you can enjoy its beautiful beaches and its streets that invite you to get lost in the history of this wonderful town.

In Pollença you will find shops, a cultural center, the Pollença market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional shops and churches are also present in this historic city. Enjoy the atmosphere in the afternoon and participate in its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices abound.
