Villa Santuiri is a delightful villa that promises privacy and the best comforts, leaving you free to lounge in the sun, have a BBQ with loved ones or friends, or take advantage of the wonderful Mallorcan weather in the villa's swimming pool. Villa Santuiri is the ideal location for a few days because of its stunning mountain views, stone façade, and rustic-modern design.

The entrance to the house is a long hallway, to the right is a large living room, with a long table. Enjoy time with family and friends, and choose whether you prefer to eat inside or outside. In the same living room, there are comfortable armchairs where you can read a good book, watch a TV show, or play a board game. There is a large window and sliding glass doors that give the room great natural light. From the living room there is also direct access to the terrace and pool area.

On the other side of the hallway there is a door to a modern fully equipped kitchen. There is also a table with chairs and a door to the laundry room.

From the entrance of the house to the left there is a long corridor with a door at the back where there are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the first floor there are three bedrooms with two beds each. All rooms are spacious, with white walls, fitted closets, wooden beamed ceilings and bright. There are two bathrooms with bathtub and shower on this floor.

A staircase leads to the second floor where there is a double bedroom with suite bathroom. This bedroom also has a large balcony.

All bedrooms include hot / cold air conditioning. In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, the villa has timed air conditioning on all units from 21h to 8h and 14h to 16h. WiFi is included.

One of the highlights of the Villa Santuiri is its outdoor space. There you will find a private swimming pool with solarium, a beautiful terrace with a large table and armchairs to enjoy the summer evenings, a pool table and a ping pong table to play and have fun. There is a covered barbecue with all the amenities to put into practice your best culinary recipes.

Villa Santuiri is located less than 2 kilometers from the old town of Pollensa and only 10 minutes drive from the beautiful beaches of Puerto Pollensa.

In Pollença, you will find stores, a cultural center, the Pollença market, restaurants, cafes and bars. Traditional stores and churches are also present in this historic town. Enjoy the surroundings in the evening and take part in its activities. On Sundays there is a local farmers market in the main square where local vegetables, fruits and spices abound.

The beach of Puerto Pollensa is perfect for relaxing in the sun, or for the more active, enjoy water sports such as kayaking, windsurfing or jet skiing.
In Cala Sant Vicenç (or simply Cala as the locals know it) there is a mini market, several small restaurants offering a variety of gastronomic experiences and even a couple of bars. There are four small coves and two main beach areas. Cala Sant Vicenç has spectacular views and crystal-clear waters.
