Alqueria is a 5 bedroom country house with a lot of character and a great combination of traditional and contemporary style. The house that offers a lot of space inside and outside, its located in a quiet area a short drive to the town of Porreres. On the ground floor there is an open dining room that connects to the open spacious kitchen. From the kitchen there is access to the laundry room. There is also a TV room with DVD player (actually only german SAT TV), two double bedrooms and two separate shower rooms. On the first floor there is a living room with Satellite TV, closed wood stove and an adjacent toilet. The first floor counts with three double bedrooms with integrated open shower room. The outdoor is very spacious and offers many beautiful places for BBQ, eating, relaxing. The saltwater pool is 3.5 x 11 Meters and has a yacuzzi. Only in winter: The heating system goes with radiators with water that is heated with a wood stove. The owners leave wood available. Youth groups not allowed. For group bookings the minimum age is 30 years.
