This charming finca, surrounded by peaceful fields, is the perfect retreat for nature lovers. The private chlorine pool (7 x 4 m) with a depth of 1.5 to 1.7 meters is ideal for cooling off after sunbathing on one of the 6 available loungers. The covered terrace offers a lovely space for meals, while the porch invites you to relax and enjoy pleasant evenings. Please note, the property is not fenced. The two-story house features a cozy living room with TV-sat and DVD player, open to the dining area. The Majorcan kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob (wood oven and fireplace cannot be used). On the ground floor, there are two twin-bed bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath. Upstairs, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with a bath and separate shower. The laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. Additional amenities include 4 fans, 2 electric radiators, a baby cot, and a high chair. Located 6.6 km from Porreres, a traditional Majorcan town with shops, bars, and restaurants, the finca is also close to beautiful beaches like Sa Ràpita (18.5 km) and Ses Covetes. Please note: the hut by the house is closed, and telephone coverage is only available outdoors. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) applies and must be paid on-site. Pets and events are not allowed.
