Inside, the house features a kitchen with a ceramic hob and washing machine. The ground floor hosts three bedrooms, all with twin beds and air conditioning. Two bathrooms serve the floor—one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. A cot and high chair are available for families with babies. Upstairs, the spacious living room, with AC and Smart TV, offers a comfortable space to unwind. The house is set in a peaceful, rural location surrounded by fields, yet Es Trenc beach is only 19 km away. The nearest town, Porreres, provides restaurants, supermarkets, and bars for all your needs. Nearby attractions include Santuari de Cura, the Talaiot Capocorp Vell, and Palma for shopping and sightseeing. The fireplace is decorative.
