This charming first-floor apartment is located in a gated complex of four units. Spend relaxing afternoons in the shared garden, which offers twelve sun loungers and direct access to the beach for a refreshing swim anytime. Inside, the modern living room is equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV, providing a comfortable space to unwind. The kitchen features a gas stove and is fully equipped for your vacation cooking needs. If you prefer to dine indoors, simply move the outdoor table inside. The apartment has two bedrooms, both with closets: one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. There's also a second bathroom with a shower for the rest of the apartment. The shared laundry area includes washing machines, an iron, and an ironing board. Alcúdia Bay is known for its fine sandy beach and diverse water sports. For a more tranquil experience, visit the nearby Victoria’s Beach, a small rocky cove with crystal-clear waters. The town of Puerto de Alcúdia offers great dining, shopping, and a lively market on Sundays and Tuesdays. The scenic Cap Formentor lighthouse is worth a visit.
