This charming ground-floor apartment is part of a fenced housing development with four units, sharing a garden with twelve loungers and direct beach access. The private, furnished porch offers a perfect spot for meals with sea views or a drink while enjoying the spectacular sunset. Inside, the comfortable living room is equipped with satellite TV and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove and everything needed for cooking. If you prefer dining indoors, the terrace table can be moved inside. The apartment has three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two twin beds (both with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom with a tub), and one with a 90 x 1.80 bunk bed (ideal for children). A second bathroom with a shower is available for the rest of the apartment. For families with young children, we can provide a cot and high chair. Shared use of two washing machines, an iron, and ironing board is available. Located in Puerto de Alcudia, a popular beach destination, the apartment is steps from an extensive sandy beach ideal for water sports or relaxing in the sun.
