This charming first-floor apartment is part of a fenced housing development with four units. Enjoy relaxing in the shared garden, which features twelve sun loungers and direct beach access for a refreshing swim whenever you wish. Start your day with breakfast on the private terrace, enjoying the gentle Mediterranean breeze. Inside, the bright and inviting living room offers satellite TV and air conditioning. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove and everything needed to cook as you would at home. If you prefer dining inside, you can move the table from the terrace indoors. There are three bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with two twin beds (air-conditioned with an en-suite bathroom and bathtub), and a third with a 90 x 180 bunk bed, ideal for children. A second bathroom with a shower serves the rest of the apartment. The laundry room, shared with other apartments, has two washers, an iron, and an ironing board. Puerto de Alcudia is known for its sandy beach and water sports. For a more secluded spot, visit the rocky Victoria’s Beach.
