The apartment is located on the ground floor of a fenced housing development, comprising four units. The garden is shared and is nice for basking in the sun on one of the twelve loungers. The private porch with garden views is great for al fresco dining, accompanied by the sound of the waves. When you enter the apartment you find a modern and luminous living room with TV-Sat and AC. The kitchen with a gas stove is fully equipped to cook your best dishes. if you rather enjoy your meals inside you can take the table from the porch. There are two bedrooms with a closet, one with a double bed and the other with two twin beds, A/C and an en-suite bathroom with a tub. The second bathroom in the house comes with a shower. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your children. You will find a shared laundry room with 2 washing machines, iron and ironing board. Puerto de Alcudia is a fantastic place for a n amazing beach holiday. The beach is extensive and of fine sand, perfect fro water sports and long walks by the sea. The old town of Alcúdia is very near and recommendable on Sunday and Tuesday as there’s market day. You can also visit the medieval wall and the roman remains as well as enjoy the varied gastronomic offer. The next golf course of Alcandada is 9 km away. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Tourist license: ETVPL/12936The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55EURO /night and guest during the low season and 2.2EURO /night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner.
