Villa Casa del Pinaret Casa del Pinaret is one of the best and most popular luxury holiday villas in Puerto Pollensa (North of Mallorca). It was built in the year 2000 using the best quality materials and it has 6 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms with a maximum capacity of 12 people including adults, children and babies. This villa is beautifully furnished, stylishly lit and skillfully dressed with local artifacts and contemporary works of art. It has all the modern comforts and luxuries, including air conditioning and central heating throughout the house (with individual thermostats in every room) and high speed Internet WIFI.Villa Casa del Pinaret is situated in "Es Pinaret" area, only 350 meters (less than a 5 minute walk) from the sandy beach. The villa is located within walking distance to the harbour, bars, restaurants, nightlife and everything else that makes Mallorca the right place for your holidays. Both the Alcanada and Pollensa Golf Clubs are located within a 15 minute drive from villa Casa del Pinaret.This property is recommended for all kinds of families and groups, with or without children.The house has two floors and a total built area of 382 square meters (plus terrace) and the private land on which it is located is 5.000 square meters big.The ground floor of the house has 262 square meters and there are four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious living and dining room, a guest WC, a big kitchen, a pantry and a laundry room. Bedroom number 1 is a double bedroom (2x2 meters bed) with a bathroom en-suite. Bedroom number 2 is a twin bedroom (two 1x2 meters beds) with a bathroom en-suite. Bedroom number 3 is a double bedroom (1,60x2 meters bed). Bedroom number 4 is a twin bedroom (two 1x2 meters beds). Bedrooms number 3 and number 4 share a bathroom that is completely adapted for wheelchair users.The ample living and dining room has a fireplace, a smart TV with a built-in international satellite receiver, a DVD player and a music player that has speakers in every room of the house. We receive most of the free-to-air channels from Europe, and also a few channels from other continents. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything that you will need: cutlery, dishes, glasses, cookware, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer, a ceramic hob, different types of coffee machines (italian, american and Nespresso), a water boiler, a blender and many other small kitchen appliances. In the laundry room there is a washing machine, a dryer and an iron with an ironing board. In the pantry there is a safe box.The upper floor of the house has 120 square meters and there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom number 5 is a double bedroom (2x2 meters bed) with a bathroom en-suite. Bedroom number 6 is a twin bedroom (two 1x2 meters beds) with a bathroom en-suite. There is a big and charming terrace looking at the garden and swimming pool.The massive garden area has a large chlorinated swimming pool of 60 square meters (with a shallow end of 1,14 meters and a deep end of 2,15 meters), a hot tub that is always heated at 35ºC with a capacity for 4 people, a BBQ and a terrace with a porch that provides shade completely furnished with tables, chairs and sun loungers. There is a swing set and a wooden playhouse that contains toys and swimming pool inflatables. In the garden area you will also find a Table Tennis table equipped with balls and rackets.There is enough parking space for at least four cars.This villa is super child friendly and we have at the disposal of our guests and without any extra charges the use of baby cots, highchairs, stair gates and bed fences.Furthermore we have a modern security fence for the swimming pool to prevent young children from drowning. This security fence can be removed for those guests who do not need it.This villa is elderly friendly as well, with no steps to access the main areas, four bedrooms on the ground floor and all bathrooms with shower safety rails.The house is adapted for a maximum of three wheelchair users. The property access road is level and smooth. Bedrooms number 3 and number 4 on the ground floor are adapted for the handicapped and have wide doors in order to let wheelchairs in easily. These two bedrooms share a completely adapted bathroom with a wheel-in entry to the shower and a fold-down shower seat. We have at the disposal of our guests and without any extra charge the use of a shower commode wheelchair. There are no steps to the main areas of the property. Doors to the living room and to the kitchen are also wide enough for wheelchairs, although the kitchen is not adapted. We don't have a lift because all of the main areas of the house are on the ground floor.This villa is pet friendly but you must inform us before booking if you are bringing any pets.Weddings, parties and events of any kind are not allowed.Booking requirements: during the mid and high season (from the first Saturday of April until the last Saturday of October) bookings must be from Saturday to Saturday. During the low season (from the last Saturday of October until the first Saturday of April) there is a minimum booking of 4 nights.Check-in is from 14:00 hours and check-out is until 10:00 hours. This is necessary to allow enough time for cleaning and preparation for next arrivals.To make it more affordable for small groups our prices depend on the number of guests that you book for. Our base prices are for up to 8 guests (including adults, children and babies) and there's an extra charge for each additional guest.1 guest = 1 adult, 1 child or 1 baby.The maximum capacity of 12 guests can never be exceeded.Our prices include electricity, water, air conditioning, central heating, private swimming pool, heated hot tub (always at 35ºC), private garden, beach and bath towels, linen and 4 hours of cleaning service once or twice a week depending on the length of the booking. Our maintenance staff comes to the villa every day to take out the trash, clean the BBQ and look after the swimming pool, hot tub and garden.Our prices are final with no hidden or extra costs. 10% IVA, Ecotax and all other taxes are included in our prices.?The only optional service we offer is swimming pool heating with a price of 300 Euros per week. We guarantee that the swimming pool will have a minimum temperature of 24ºC. Available from 1/March until 15/November.
