The luxurious port of Portals Nous is only 1 km away. This internationally renowned port is home to some of the island's most luxurious shops and some of Mallorca's most famous restaurants.

The house is located in the lively area of Portals Nous, and is surrounded by bars, shops and restaurants. The spectacular Bendinat Golf Course is only 1 km away. The city of Palma and the airport are only 15 minutes' drive from the villa.

Without a doubt, Villa Maria Portals Nous by Priority is a fantastic option for a perfect holiday. Please note that the owner lives on the first floor, is lovely and very respectful. This property only accepts FAMILIES or COUPLES who want tranquility, no groups of young people!

Rules:

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, and failure to comply with this rule will result in a penalty.
- Please keep the interior of the villa clean and tidy.
- Guests will be required to take care of the waste generated during their stay, depositing it in the designated containers or collection points before the end of their stay.
- Air conditioning and heating should be used responsibly, turning them off when not in the villa.
- Any excessive noise, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited! In the event of complaints from neighbours due to excessive noise or disturbing behaviour by any member of your group, the owner has the right to evict the client and all guests from the apartment, regardless of the time of day or night, without any refund of the amount already paid for the booking, and also keeping the deposit.

Booking Conditions:

- Visitors must pay a mandatory deposit of €500.00 before arrival, which will be refunded upon departure.
- Tourist Tax: €2.2/adult/night to be paid in cash upon arrival.
