Set off a quiet country lane in the heart of Pollenca´s countryside, this very stone clad villa is ideal for tennis enthusiasts to enjoy the benefit of your own private tennis court.

All the furnished accommodation is on one floor, with cooling terracotta tiles, beamed ceilings, many interesting artefacts and offers. A covered porch leads to the main entrance. On entering a large living/dining room with Satellite TV, DVD player, sofas, feature fireplace and French doors opening to the garden terrace are welcoming us. There is also a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, electric oven/infra-red hob and walk-in pantry. The bedroom area comprises of one double and two twins sharing two further shower rooms. All bedrooms have air conditioning units and fitted wardrobes.

The private tennis court is set to one corner of the well maintained gardens with a good sized lawn area. The swimming pool is surrounded with comfortably furnished sun terraces. The big BBQ casita has a bread oven and washing facilities. This is very much a family holiday home. THE TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE.
