This apartment complex, consisting of two buildings, each with a shared outdoor pool, is located on a water canal in the quiet district of Santa Margarita. From the balconies of the multi-storey houses you can enjoy an impressive panoramic view of the mountains in the hinterland. In Type A and Type B, wooden furniture was preferred for the neat interior design. The modernly equipped type C is located in the second apartment building, which was newly built in 2014. The floors are tiled in all accommodation. The kilometer-long sandy beach and the beautifully landscaped beach promenade are in the immediate vicinity.
