The holidays are here - come to Lanzarote! Are you looking for a holiday flat or a finca for your dream vacation on the island of Lanzarote? The four apartments and holiday flats of the Villa la Vega are located in a unique location in the quaint town of Tias, near the famous coastal town of Puerto del Carmen. The amazing location of the Villa la Vega makes this holiday property so unique. The finca is located on the edge of Tias (hillside location), about 5 km above the famous tourist destination of Puerto del Carmen. The approximately 90 m² apartment 3 spreads over two floors and comfortably accommodates 2-5 people. This apartment is especially popular with families, but also couples. Downstairs you will find the spacious living room with open plan kitchen and access to the 25 m² patio. Enjoy the wonderful panoramic views over the Atlantic Ocean from the patio. The two bedrooms and the spacious, modern bathroom are located on the top floor. The four comfortable holiday flats, which are all very similar, have been furnished with quality furnishings and attention to detail. All apartments boast a large sun terrace with unique ocean views. Additionally, the apartments offer access to the garden and pool area. The bedrooms: All apartments offer bright bedrooms with two single beds each (can be combined to make a double bed), a large wardrobe, a dresser and down duvets. Each apartment has a safe. All bedrooms except for one offer ocean views! Bedding is changes weekly. The fully furnished kitchens boast a glass ceramic stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, pots and pans, cooking utensils, cutlery, a bread knife, a vegetable knife, dishes, glasses etc., as well as dish towels and dish soap and cleaning rags. A large bathroom/toilet with two sinks (apartments with 2 bedrooms) or one sink (apartment with 1 bedroom), shower/bathtub, towels for indoor use (large and small; additional ones can be found in the dresser), a hairdryer and a bath mat. All bathrooms have natural light. Towels are changed twice a week. A communal washing machine of the Villa la Vega is at your disposal. The living room - comfortable living room with a sofa and two armchairs - boasts a satellite television with a radio, a large selection of books and access to the patio. UMTS internet access is available. A UMTS modem can be supplied upon request. The apartments have underfloor heating. Due to the high cost of running it, we only run it per request and charge for the usage. The patio/balcony with ocean views is furnished with a table and chairs, sun loungers and a sun shade. Enjoy the gorgeous ocean views and the peace and quiet this property has to offer. From the patios - or even from the sofa - you can enjoy the wonderful sun rise and sun set. A well maintained tropical garden surrounds the heated pool, which you can enjoy year round. The sun terrace which is protected from the wind is ideal for relaxing. The pool and the sun terrace are accessible to all visitors of the Villa la Vega. Private and secure parking is available in front of the Villa la Vega Enjoy the unique views and the peace and quiet here. You will surely spend an unforgettable holiday here. This may be your first, but not your last stay at the Villa la Vega. The Villa la Vega is in a perfect location to explore the island. Shops can be found about 1 km from the property; it is about 5 km to the beach. In less than a 10 km diameter you can find the following activities: golfing, tennis, horseback riding and aquatic sports.
