This house is 50 m from the beach. Sorrounded by fields of oranges and some other houses- urban style. It is comfortable but not luxury- all you need you will find- inclusivly a pool , outdoor fireplace and lots more. Just not much electronic stuff - only tv.You can use bycicles, old surf boards, different rackets like tennis or just swimm equipements. Walking on the beach you reach Tabernes or Xeraco Playa in 2 to km, where you will find nice restaurant, shoping possibilities and more.
