Excellent price/quality ratio... includes air conditioning! Thanks to its hillside setting, this villa boasts beautiful views on the surrounding countryside where olive and avocado trees are grown. Its spacious terraces offer sunshine and shade with a private pool and barbecue area. Inside, comfortable furniture and a rustic, colourful decoration make this a charming retreat. Location and outside area This villa occupies a hillside position at 1,5 km from Torrox and 6 km from the beaches and bustling town of the Torrox Costa. The villa is aproached by an uphill concrete track, whilst the last 400m is a rough road, in reasonable conditions. The spacious terraces offer good privacy with a swimming pool of 8 by 4 metres. At night, the pool can be lit, for a romantic swim under the stars! Adjacent to the pool, there is a utility room with wc and wasking machine. For your outside meals, we recommend the covered patio terrace equipped with a lovely wooden table. Built-in barbecue, patio furniture and sun loungers are provided. There is also a ping-pong table for entertainment of the guests. If you're at all looking to get away for a day trip from this lovely place, then visit Granada and experience the grandeur of its Alhambra Palace. The villa has a private parking place. Inside and lay-out The rooms are divided over 2 floors, with colourful rooms in a rustic setting. The living/dining room comes with an open fireplace, dining table for 6, sofa, 2 armchairs and satellite-tv. The open-plan kitchen comes with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. The washing machine is located in a utility room. The lovely and spacious master bedroom has a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower over tub, wc and basin. The other two bedrooms are twins, sharing a shower room with wc and basin. Notes: - In order to promote responsible consumption of electricity, the cost is not included, being of 0,20 € / kw (to pay on departure in cash). - A WiFi Internet connection is available (free of charge). - Air conditioning is available in the living room, kitchen and first floor bedroom (free of charge). The other 2 bedrooms have a large ceiling fan.
