Description
The holiday apartment is in Torrox-Park, a modern holiday resort on the Costa del Sol in Andalucía. The urbanisation is located between the towns of Torrox, Torrox-Costa and Nerja.
There are various activities on offer in the immediate vicinity and further away, making this a great place for an interesting and diverse holiday. The apartment is an ideal accommodation for family holidays, adventure- and beach holidays and also for winter holidays. The apartment is located approx. two kilometres away from Torrox-Costa. It is in a three-storey apartment building (on the second floor). The house is set on a hillside and from the conservatory and balcony you can enjoy stunning mountain and sea views.
The apartment is comfortably furnished. The living room has air conditioning and the large bedroom is equipped with a Spanish ceiling fan that provides nice air circulation. During the cooler season you can warm up in front of the electric fireplace in the living room and there also is a portable electric heater. In the conservatory you will find a gas heater which provides also the living room with nice cosy heat. The American kitchen (integrated in the large living room) is fully equipped (cooker with ceran cooktop, fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, juicer). The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed and two separate mattresses (200 cm x 90 cm each); the smaller of the two bedrooms has two single beds (200 cm x 90 cm each). Wardrobes provide plenty of storage space. The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, wash basin and toilet. During the cooler season an infrared heater leaves the room at a comfortable temperature.
The house is surrounded by generous gardens where you will also find the pool area. The pool area is complete with showers and toilet. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of guests staying at Montemar resort.
Approx. 500 m from the apartment building you will find several small restaurants and a shop that offers everything for your everyday needs. Torrox-Costa has a number of supermarkets and a large choice of restaurants. In Torrox-Costa, the gorgeous sandy beach (approx. 1.5 km, Costa del Sol’s longest beach) with its beach promenade is a great place to enjoy the beach life.
