An outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing off before a barbecue under the large parasol, using the convenient gas grill. Recently renovated with modern style, the two-story house boasts a spacious living room with air-conditioning and TV, seamlessly connecting to the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop and an island with stools, while the dining area features a large table for eight. The independent laundry room includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board. There are four air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a closet. One bedroom on the main floor has a double bed and is adapted for reduced mobility. The three upstairs bedrooms include one double with an en-suite shower and terrace access, and two with twin beds.
