Adults can relax on the see-saw, while kids will love the playground with swings and a slide. Multiple terraces create the perfect setting for evening barbecues after a fun day at the local market. This single-storey home features a living room with a dining table for six and a practical kitchen equipped with a gas hob, oven, toaster, and coffee machine. A laundry room, complete with a washing machine and iron, is conveniently located in one of the bathrooms. The villa offers three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with twin beds. A cot can be arranged for your baby, and there are two bathrooms—one with a bathtub and another with a shower. Central heating and two fans ensure comfort throughout your stay. Explore nearby stunning beaches like Cala Ambolo and Playa de la Granadella. While there are restaurants in the area, don’t miss Jávea's old town for its charming cobbled streets and dining options. The Montgó Natural Park offers excellent hiking and cycling trails. Please note: The fireplace is not usable, and the heated pool is available in April, May, and mid to late September for an extra charge. Guests under 30 are not accepted unless traveling as a family.
