Very spacious, cared and with a combination of warm colours, in blue and white, this apartment emanates peace and becomes the perfect place for a nice and quiet vacation near the sea. Even from the little balcony you can feel the breeze and the salty smell of the sea, while you relax reading a book on the sun lounger. This apartment is located on the second floor of a family residential. It offers a wonderful living-dining room in the same space. Here you can enjoy your family meals and then rest watching a film or a TV series. The spacious kitchen is independent and it has a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge and everything you may need to cook an excellent recipe. In the laundry room we find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. There are a toilet, a shower bathroom and two beautiful bedrooms in total. Both offer a fan, a closet and space to place a cot and a high chair. One has a double bed and the other comes with two twin beds. The two extra guest can sleep in the sofa bed at the living room. This property is located in the heart of Arenal Beach, surrounded by shops and restaurants with beautiful terrace views. Enjoy water sports, scenic lookouts at Cala Blanca, Portitxol, and Cap Negre, and explore hiking routes or dive in nearby coves. For a peaceful evening, stroll through the medieval streets of Xàbia's old town. Note: Guests must be 26 or older unless traveling as a family. Copies of passports are required for booking.
