The house was built in 1910 and has been renovated in 2022. From the house there is a 2 minute walk to the sea as well as shops and restaurants. The house is nicely furnished and well-equipped. There is a bunk bed for 2 people and a sofa bed for 2 people. There is a Smart TV-and free internet. You can park on the street outside the house for free. From May through september, electricity is included in the rental price. The rest of the time, the electricity price is SEK 2 per kwh. You can reach Oland via the free "Ölandsbro”. On Oland there are plenty of cultural attractions, most of which are accessible all year round.
