Here you can have a dream holiday. Your own lake plot, your own boat, canoes down by the lake and then, as the ultimate "spice", your own firewood-fired wilderness bath. The house is also well located for excursions, as it is not very far to either Gothenburg, Borås, the shopping paradise Ullared, the sea and a lot of other opportunities. There is a bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm, a somewhat smaller bedroom with an additional double bed of 140 cm, a bedroom with two 80 cm wide single beds, 1 bedroom with a 90 cm wide single bed and a sofa bed for two people in the living room. You can sleep where you like, but the maximum number of guests must be 7, because it suits the house best. There is a bathroom with toilet and shower. Be aware that the hot water tank is not that big. Some time is needed for heating after a slightly longer or two short showers. The plot is huge (approx. 10,000 m2), perfect for exercising, playing and relaxing! There are many fish in the lake. Fishing license is required, if you want to fish, and it can be purchased in the small town of Öxabäck. The water in the house is ferrous, good and drinkable, but it has a slight aftertaste of iron. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a playhouse on the plot. There is a bridge, you can swim from, and a bathing platform some distance out. The use of the wilderness bath is free, but the firewood, you use, must be paid for directly to the owner. You have also access to a boat bridge and a small selection of life jackets.
