Welcome to "Villa Solvide" and a lovely, large "vintage" apartment. The villa is in the charming neighborhood Lessebo. The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of the house. The house is decorated in 1920s / 30s style and the owner lives at the top of the house and has a separate entrance. There is a small, lovely garden and a driveway with space for a car. Situated in a nice peaceful housing area. The apartment has a large, nice kitchen in vintage style, a vintage furnished dining room and a spacious living room. There is also a relaxing massage chair. There are two bedrooms. A large vintage-furnished double bedroom, with a comfortable and modern 180 cm wide mattress and a folding cot. The second bedroom has a bunk bed. The lower bed is 120 cm for 1-2 people and the upper bed is 80 cm wide (max 70 kg). You are welcome to bring a pet on your holiday, but your four-legged friend must not be up in the furniture. Food bowls and a dog bed are provided. There is a washing machine in the basement which can be booked on site if required. As most of the furniture and also the household utensils in the apartment are antique and vintage, it places slightly higher demands on the tenants' caution and consideration than normal. The owner is constantly renovating the house and garden, which, however, will not adversely affect your stay. A mandatory amount of SEK 500 for electricity consumption is to be paid on site directly to the owner. The house is in Småland's beautiful, southern landscape, excellent starting point for excursions to the many attractions in the area. You live close (within walking distance) to Lessebo center, where there is a grocery store, cafe and restaurants.
