Lovely holiday home for a couple who would like to enjoy a beautiful part of Sweden together, or for two friends who would like to live beautifully with many opportunities for sightseeing in all directions from the house. Here there is nature and water just around the corner. Within a reasonable distance you will find lakes, nature reserves and the Åland Sea. There are not great opportunities for grocery shopping in the city, but Hallstavik, Edsbro and others are close by. It is about 25 minutes to Norrtälje, and a few hundred meters from the house buses run regularly in both directions. The house has year-round standard with inlaid water and drainage, air heat pump, shower cabin and plenty of space for guests. Here is a carport for the car and two terraces where smoking is allowed. Pets are welcome and there is a separate, fenced area. The house can be rented at a really good price, and here are fantastic opportunities for excursions as well as for relaxation.
