Nice cottage with attached annex that is suitable for two families. Here you live just a few hundred meters from the sea and 10 minutes outside Oskarshamn. The residential building consisting of a functional and good kitchen with dining area, a living room with a sofa bed, a bedroom with two single beds and a newly renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. A large patio deck with a sunken unheated pool is built next to the house. This is furnished with both a loungearea, dining table and sun loungers for a relaxing holiday. In one annex you will find a double bed and a bunk bed and in the other annex you will find the other toilet and shower as well as a washing machine and a stove. Practical if you want to cook for many people.
With a short walk you will come down to a small bay with a jetty and in the area there are several nice walking paths, some of which run along the water. Fishing in the sea is completely free for anyone who fishes with hand tools.

Things to see and do in the local area
Oskarshamn's centre with shops and restaurants is a 10-minute drive away. This is also the case for Gunnarsö camping, which has one of Oskarshamn's best swimming spots with both cliffs, a sandy beach and a diving tower. Here you can also rent canoes, play miniature golf on an adventure course and eat at a restaurant.

The holiday home is within reasonable distance for day trips to Astrid Lindgren's World, Vimmerby adventure park with a high ropes course and historic Kalmar with its well-preserved Renaissance castle and old town. Take the bridge to Öland and experience unique and fairytale nature that stretches from north to south. Also take the opportunity to visit Småland's Kingdom of Crystal with its many art glass cabins and larger glassworks
