Welcome to this fantastic villa built in 2019, located in a quiet and sought-after area on popular Revsudden. Here you live close to both nature and sandy beaches, and at the same time have all the amenities you could wish for.

On the entrance floor, you are greeted by a nice and functional kitchen that invites you to cook and socialize. There is also a modern bathroom equipped with a washing machine, as well as a cozy bedroom with a single bed. The large open-plan living room with dining area offers space for the whole family to gather. From the living room the exit leads to a lovely patio deck, furnished with outdoor furniture and barbecue, perfect for sunny days and evenings. The terrace has a southwest orientation which gives you sun during greater sun for most of the day.

The upper floor has a spacious hall with a sofa bed for two people and access to a balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sun. An elegant bathroom with a bathtub offers relaxing moments. There are two bedrooms on this level. One bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, perfect for the family, while the other bedroom has two single beds.

The generous plot offers plenty of space for play and games, making it a dream for families with children. The patio deck at the back of the house provides an additional outdoor area for relaxation and socializing.

This villa is a perfect choice for those looking for a modern and spacious accommodation in a quiet and scenic environment.

To see and do in Revsudden and the surrounding area
Revsudden and its surroundings offer a variety of activities that are perfect for families with children. There are beautiful beaches and walking paths to explore together. For those who want to enjoy a larger sandy beach, Enerevet is close at hand. Lindö Nature Reserve offers wonderful nature to hike in, which can be an exciting adventure for the whole family. Also don't miss Kalmar's highest point, Alkullaberget, which offers a magical view and it is a perfect place for a family picnic.
For those interested in water, there is canoe and kayak rental at Revsudden Kajak, where you can go out and explore the archipelago outside. At Revsudden you will also find the summer bakery "Flickorna på Revsudden", where you can buy freshly baked bread and coffee together, as well as Revets Bistro, a Food Truck that is well worth trying for a family meal outdoors.

Only 20 minutes away is Kalmar, a city full of exciting events and entertainment during the summer. For the historically interested family, there is Kalmar Castle and the impressive 300-year-old ship "Kronan" to discover. Children will love Skälby Gård, a popular farm with animals and playgrounds that offer many hours of fun play.

Also explore the Kingdom of Crystal, where there are currently 13 glassworks and studio foundries that can be both educational and fascinating for both children and adults. Take the opportunity to take a trip across the bridge to Öland, the island of the sun and winds, where you can enjoy the castle ruins, beautiful beaches, farm shops and the famous Öland dumplings. For the children, a visit to Öland Zoo is a must, with its animals, its amusement park and water park that is guaranteed to make the day unforgettable.
