Description

This house is 300 metres from the nearest neighbour and has a free-standing sauna. The 150-hectare Lake Sandsjön is just 50 metres from the house. There is a boat jetty on your own beach. You can enjoy the view of the lake from the living room and from the roofed terrace (14m²) in front of it. The living space of the house decorated cosily in a Swedish style is around 85m². It comprises a big living room with an integrated kitchen, three bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with a toilet, and a separate toilet. The bathroom has a washing machine and a dryer. The living room provides an LED TV with satellite channels, a leather corner suite, a coffee table, a dining table and chairs. There is central heating, as well as pleasant heat generated by the fireplace stove if required. The built-in kitchen has a convection oven, a dishwasher, a fridge and freezer, and a microwave. Use of a rowing boat is included in the rental price. You can hire a boat motor (petrol or electric). The lake has a wealth of fish with plenty of pike, bass and eel, as well as char, cisco and tench. You can purchase a fishing permit for a fee.
