Description
The house's Gotland typology is reminiscent of fishing huts and fits in well with the location, near the Hammaren nature area. The three house bodies are built together with a total area of 105 square meters. Several openable glass doors offer a flexible boundary between inside and the 100 m2 large wooden terrace outside. A holiday accommodation in a very nice Gotland style with large living areas and four small functional bedrooms, three with a double bed and one with two single beds. Kitchen and dining area for 8 people in an eastern position with access to the wooden terrace where breakfast can be enjoyed in the morning sun. Living room with TV and fireplace. The sofa can easily be made into a sofa and a day bed with room for the whole family. The house's most popular focal point is the orangery with an exit to both the south and west and slatted windows in three directions. Here people gather for dinner and socializing or on rainy days when you want to get close to nature but still be indoors. When the sun is shining, the pergola is a natural gathering place.

To see and do in Slite and the surrounding area

Åminne is the summer residence of many Gotlanders and offers a peaceful environment. With its beautiful location with beach and nature, Åminne is also geographically a good starting point for day trips if you want to discover the island's many delicious places. In the immediate area, there is Åminne restaurant and Vitviken's cafe, as well as a grocery store open in the summer. Close to many of Gotland's famous tourist destinations such as a boat trip to the island of Enholmen and a car trip to Asunden with raukar, picturesque Katthammarsvik with a popular fish restaurant. Only 37 km to the World Heritage Visby with its ring wall and wonderful alleys, don't miss a visit to the Botanical Garden among many other things.

Final cleaning is not included but can be added to your booking: 1500 SEK/stay.
