Welcome to this nice villa with heated pool in Haninge. The house is located in a pleasant and quiet residential area in beautiful Vega located in Haninge and here there is plenty of space to create nice summer memories. The terrace and the pool are the place for socializing and lovely dinners. The pool is heated to approx. 25-28 degrees during the summer months. The house has two floors. On the lower level there is a kitchen, living room, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and an entrance hall with a washing machine and dryer. Upper floor has three bedrooms, family room and a bathroom with shower and bathtub. The house is child-friendly with a playhouse, swings, trampoline and sandbox. A variety of toys and games are also available.
The accommodation is comfortably equipped with tasteful furnishings. Suitable for 2 families as there is room for 8 people and 2 children under the age of 2.

Things to see and do in Vega and the surrounding area.
The house is located near a wooded area that is good for a relaxing walk.
If you want to discover Stockholm, it is easy to take the shuttle. In the capital there is much to see and discover. Why not some good shopping in the city and cozy old town? Or take a trip of discovery in Stockholm's beautiful archipelago. Visit the Vasa Museum or take the family to Skansen or Gröna Lund.
The commuter train at Vega station is approx. 1.5 km (approx. 18 min walk) and here you can easily get to Stockholm city in 24 min. A shuttle can go to and from Arlanda.
The nearest playground is on the street 170 meters away (approx. 2 min walk).
Port 73 has food and clothing stores, ATM and restaurants 4.2 km (7 min by car).
Systembolaget at ICA Maxi Haninge, 4.6 km.
