Please note that all sleeping places are in the lofts, and therefore the house is not suitable for those who have difficulty climbing a ladder/stairs. The loft accommodates 3 people and has 3 single beds (90 cm wide), 2 of which are put together to form a double bed. The holiday home has a large bathroom with a toilet and shower. There is free internet and a Smart TV with Swedish channels. There is also underfloor heating, an oven, induction cooktops, a kettle, a coffee maker, and a fridge/freezer. The house borders a green area. It is about a 15-minute walk to the center of Ystad. There is a charging station for electric cars. The price for a charge is 400 SEK, payable directly to the owner on-site. Mandatory final cleaning (price: 500 SEK) is payable directly to the owner on-site. The owner places great emphasis on ensuring that all guests who book the house are met with a perfect holiday home. Therefore, the house is not rented out to youth groups, and the holiday home is checked after each rental period together with the guest. It was also checked before your arrival, so you can expect a clean and tidy holiday home. The house includes a terrace with a grill, and you can park freely on the grounds, which you share with the owners of the house.
