Bright, quiet and only 2 minutes walk from the village center is this well equipped 65m2 apartment with beautiful south-facing balcony on the 1st floor of this attractive and detached property. Enjoy the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains from the balcony. Do you enjoy BBQ? The outdoor grill with seating can be used free of charge. If you arrive with your own vehicle, the garage parking space belonging to the apartment is available free of charge; - especially in winter an "ice-free" added value. Short description: 2.5 room apartment about 65 m2 with 1 bedroom with a large double bed (separate mattresses, adjustable headboards) and 2 foldaway beds (adjustable headboards) for 2 persons in the living room. Max. Occupancy 4 persons.
Seperate kitchen with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine etc.
Bed linen, towels (bath towels), kitchen towels and hair dryer are provided.
The apartment also has a full bath with toilet and in addition a separate guest toilet.
Floor heating, balcony, garage parking, cable / satellite TV, CD / radio. Good mobile reception.
Pets are not allowed. Non smoking.

Cleaning CHF 130, + laundry CHF 25, - p. Pers. + Tax CHF 3, - p. Pers./Day
Info tourist taxes:
(from 12 years): CHF 3.00
(6-11 years). : CHF 1.50
(under 6 years): no tourist tax
In the period 16.04.-31.05. and 01.11.-15.12. Bergün calculates 50% of the aforementioned visitor's tax.
Cancellation policy / refund:
Up to 3 months before occupancy 100% of your payment. From 3 months before occupancy 50% refund of the rent and 100% of the expenses for laundry, cleaning, visitor's tax. If a new tenancy takes place for the same period, you will be refunded the full amount minus a processing fee of CHF 100.
