The 50 square meter 2-room apartment is located in a quiet location on the 1st floor of a house with seven apartments. From a large balcony (10 square meters, from east to south to west) there is a wide, unobstructed view of Bergün the Graubündner mountains with the majestic Piz Ela directly vis-à-vis. A garden place at the house is available for general use. The walk to the town center with bakery and supermarket is 5 minutes. The train station is a 10-minute walk away. In 50 m distance to the apartment is the outdoor pool with a beautiful lawn.
The lovingly furnished apartment is designed with laminate flooring and consists of a bright living/dining room (with double sofa bed), a bedroom with double bed plus a bunk bed, a fitted kitchen and a bathroom (bath with shower) with toilet. The new fitted kitchen has an electric hob with induction hob, and a refrigerator with three star freezer and is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. Storage facilities for winter sports equipment are located in the spacious ski cellar. A compact hi-fi system with radio with CD player is available. (Please bring aux-cable for the connection of smartphones.)
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. If you want to bring a pet, please ask us beforehand.
